SHIPPING:
We ship on the next postal service day after receiving your order. If we get your order before 10am we try to ship the same day
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Domestic packages under 13oz ship First Class, everything else goes Priority. We use First Class International Mail for non-domestic shipments up to 4 pounds weight.
Expedited shipping is available, email and tell us what you need. Additional charges will apply.
Shipping cost includes a small packing materials charge for tissue, protective stiffener foam board etc.
We do not practice shipping discrimination against Hawaii and Alaska bidders, you pay the same as everyone else.
Insurance is optional and costs $1.30 per each $50 value.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
It is not always possible for our calculator to estimate an accurate shipping charge for international orders because postal rates vary depending on which country we are shipping to. We ask that you place your order (which will show domestic shipping charges) then we will email you with exact shipping cost for your approval before we process your order.
MY GUARANTEE:
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you don't like it, it's not sold. This means, if, for any reason, you do not like your purchase when you receive it, let me know & send it back right away. It must be in saleable condition and packed as it was when you received it. I will refund your purchase price, less postage charges.
RETURNS:
Please let me know you are returning the item within three (3) days of the date you received it as shown by USPS delivery confirmation.
